More holiday horror is on the way as we fast approach the holiday season, with Terror Films Releasing announcing The Naughty List of Mr. Scrooge for release next month.
The Naughty List of Mr. Scrooge comes down the chimney December 20 on VOD.
Exclusively watch the Christmas slasher movie’s official trailer below.
In writer/director Jake Helgren’sThe Naughty List of Mr. Scrooge, “a group of former college friends gather for a reunion at a winter chalet fifteen years after one of their own dies during their production of A Christmas Carol. The group then finds themselves being stalked and killed off one by one by someone dressed as a terrifying vision of Ebenezer Scrooge.”
Skye Coyne, Colin Koth, Kim Whalen, and Liz Fenning star.
Helgren said in a statement, “There have been a lot of spins on classic characters bursting through the pipelines as of late, but Scrooge has always been the most undeniably classic holiday villain, so to finally bring the lore of his legacy to life in our fun slasher rollercoaster has truly been a Christmas wish come true.
“Our team put a ton of love into this holiday love letter to all those naughty horror fans out there…and Scrooge is about to bring a ton of slashing to the season of giving.”
Helgren also produced the film, alongside The Ninth House’s Autumn Federici and James Black with Joe Dain and Jim Klock serving as Executive Producers for Terror Films Releasing.
The film is set to be released in North America, December 20th, 2024, on Google Play, Roku, Kings of Horror, Chilling and the Scare Network before expanding into a wider digital release on Tubi TV, Amazon, Vudu and many more. Check out the official poster and trailer below.
