‘Terrifier’ Actor Elliott Fullam to Star in Coming-of-Age Horror Short ‘Wolf in Crown’

Elliott Fullam, known for going up against Art the Clown as Jonathan Shaw in Terrifier 2 and Terrifier 3, will star in the surreal coming-of-age horror short Wolf in Crown.

He’ll play Steven Brown, a young musician who sees beyond the mortal world. As his beloved Sophia loses grasp on her fading soul, an unknowable evil suffocates reality itself.

Josie Dubree, Fullam’s real-life muse, will co-star in the project, with production set to begin next month.

“I’m really excited to be working with our awesome little team for this exciting project! And I’m really looking forward to working with Josie for this, as I feel like she has something really special to bring to her character,” Fullam tells Bloody Disgusting.

“This short is the beginning of a coming-of-age story between two lost souls who are experiencing the horrors of the world. We’re hoping that people can connect to this story, and we’re starting this out as a very low-budget project that we can build from.”

Several other Terrifier alumni are involved: Terrifier 3 still photographer Jesse Korman is co-directing with Kevin Veselka, while Terrifier 2 and 3‘s Olga Turka will serve as production designer and costume designer.

Described as being in the vein of The Shining, Donnie Darko, and the works of David Lynch, Wolf in Crown is written by Kevin Veselka. It serves as the first segment of a larger story.

“I’d really like to thank everyone who is showing interest in this story,” Fullam adds. “It means a lot to us, and the horror community is such a beautiful group of people that I cherish dearly. I hope we can bring you something that you can really enjoy.”

In addition to acting, Fullam is an accomplished musician whose latest album, Ready to Leave, was released last year. Korman and Veselka helmed his recent music video for “Unnamed,” which stars Dubree.
