In The Old Guard 2, every minute is a step towards death for Charlize Theron‘s Andromache of Scythia as she squares off against Uma Thurman, who plays the first of the immortals.

Theron and Thurman star with returning cast members KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngô, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, plus newcomer Henry Golding .
With Booker (Schoenaerts) still in exile after his betrayal, and Quynh (Ngô) out for revenge after escaping her underwater prison, Andy (Theron) grapples with her newfound mortality as a mysterious threat emerges that could jeopardize everything she’s worked towards for thousands of years.
Andy, Nile (Layne), Joe (Kenzari), Nicky (Marinelli), and James Copley (Ejiofor) enlist the help of Tuah (Golding), an old friend who may provide the key to unlocking the mystery behind immortal existence.
Victoria Mahoney (second unit director on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker) directs from a script by Greg Rucka (The Old Guard) and Sarah L. Walker (“Neighbours”), based on the graphic novel series written by Rucka and illustrated by Leandro Fernandez.

The trailer will make its broadcast debut tonight on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” with Theron as a guest.
