FALL 2 Finds Its Lead In OUTLANDER Spin-Off Star Harriet Slater
The film wrapped production earlier this year in Thailand.

Three years after its release, the sequel to Lionsgate’s survival thriller Fall has finally found its leading stars. Having wrapped filming earlier this year in Thailand, the film is set to star Outlander: Blood of My Blood actress Harriet Slater, as well as Arsema Thomas and Tom Brittany, and is set to hit theaters sometime in early 2026.
Fall 2 is directed by Jigsaw and Predestination helmers Michael and Peter Spierig, with original Fall writer-director Scott Mann co-writing the script with Jonathan Frank. The film, the first of two sequels greenlit by Capstone Studios after the success of Fall, is produced by Mark Lane and James Harris of Tea Shop Productions, Capstone’s Christian Mercuri, David Haring, and Mann via the Flawless banner. Executive producers include Dan Asma, John Long, Roman Viaris, Capstone’s Ruzanna Kegeyan. The film’s synopsis is as follows:
Overwhelmed by her sister Hunter’s death, Jax (Slater) connects with Luce (Thomas), Hunter’s fearless friend. To heal, they attempt the infamous plank walk of Mount Kwan in Thailand. After a sudden rockslide leaves them stranded on a fragile plank 3000 feet in the air, Jax must confront her deepest fears and fight for survival to find closure.
“We are delighted to be working with the extremely talented Spierig Brothers and this incredibly dynamic cast to introduce the next chapter in the Fall franchise,” said Tea Shop’s James Harris. “With Michael and Peter’s vision we hope to bring a bigger and even more vertigo inducing experience to audiences.”
