Bloody Sapphic horror What's Wrong Wendy gets a brand new trailer today that certainly makes good on the film's description of “Queer vampire carnage with a grin”.

Co-directed by Dusty Austen (Beast of Walton, Fiber Burn) and Spooky Madison (Rabbit Season, Boy From Below, who also wrote the script and co-stars), What's Wrong Wendy stars Terrifier 2‘s Leah Voysey, Alexandra Boulas, Anthony Dain, Tova Weinberger, Dana Weddle, Jace Carson, Leah Voysey, Gigi Saul Guerrero, Jace Carson, Kody Newton with a cameo from Buffy the Vampire Slayer‘s Andrew Ferchland.

In What's Wrong Wendy:

Wendy Day is just an ordinary pizza delivery chick, planning to spend her Friday night driving around, collecting tips and listening to music. Instead, on her first delivery of the night she's invited into a house party. Things take a dark turn when Wendy disappears from the party and later turns up bloodsoaked on the doorstep of her crush, Victoria Sinclair… and something is very, very wrong with Wendy.

What's Wrong Wendy was co-produced by FinalGhoul Films, NewHire Entertainment and Street Rat Studios, founded by Austen and Athena Murzda. Currently in post, the film is looking to hit festivals in 2026, with a theatrical and VOD release to follow. Watch this space, and check out the new trailer for What's Wrong Wendy below:
