PARANORMAN Returns To Theaters This October With New Short

Sam Fell and Chris Butler's 2012 stop-motion family-friendly comedy horror film ParaNorman returns to U.S. theaters from October 25 to 28 via Fathom Entertainment, in newly remastered 3D and 2D formats October 25-28.
Stop-motion studio Laika has unveiled a new trailer and poster for the rerelease, as well as confirming ParaNorman will also return to international theaters from October 23 via Trafalgar Releasing.
In ParaNorman, which features the vocal talents of Kodi Smit-McPhee, Jodelle Ferland, Anna Kendrick, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and the late Bernard Hill, Norman Babcock, a young boy of Blithe Hollow, Massachusetts who can communicate with ghosts, is given the task of ending a 300-year-old witch's curse on his hometown.
The ParaNorman rerelease screens alongside a new CG-animated short titled ParaNorman: The Thrifting, which stars Kendrick and Stranger Things‘ Finn Wolfhard.
