Drink Some SWEET REVENGE With New Jason Voorhees-Themed Angry Orchard Cans

Halloween is the best holiday of the year, because when else do you get sweet treats just for being a little creepy? Well, if you don’t have a sweet tooth, or just want something a little more mature, a new horror collab has just the thing for you. As a more adult alternative to Fanta’s recent Halloween collaboration, the cider brand Angry Orchard has teamed up with the folks behind Jason Universe for a special new Thriller Variety Pack, featuring ciders themed after everybody’s favorite hockey mask-wearing slasher.
The twelve-can variety pack features three unique Halloween treat-inspired ciders, including Berry Bewitched, Headless Pumpkin, and Blood Orange, plus their fan-favorite regular flavor Cinnful Apple. The Blood Orange cans also feature special artwork of Jason’s memorable mask that will chill you to the bone, and the pack itself is adorned with glow-in-the-dark packaging that reveals a spooky skeleton tree and a glowing version of Jason’s mask.
But that’s not all — if you’re not interested in buying a whole variety pack, Angry Orchard’s staple flavor Crisp Apple will also feature special, limited edition can art this Halloween season, with Jason invading the orchard in both sixteen and twenty-four ounce sizes. The brand is also offering killer Jason Universe-themed merch this Halloween season, including t-shirts, glasses, koozies, stickers, pins, and more.
For those located near the Angry Orchard brewery in Walden, New York, they’ve got plenty of Halloween celebrations in store, including their Blood Orange Music Series. Inspired by the new Jason-themed flavor, every Friday through October the brewery will be hosting live music events, including acts like Hillbilly Parade and Tangled Vine. But if you can’t make it, you can still indulge in the Jason-inspired fun with a special Snapchat lens, which lets you wield Jason’s signature machete and slice some apples from the Angry Orchard trees themselves.
Angry Orchard’s Thriller Variety Pack is available now wherever alcoholic beverages are sold.
