Warner Bros. Studio Tour Scares Up New BEHIND THE HORROR Event Next Month

Warner Bros. Studio Tour in Hollywood is amping things up for the Halloween season. If Halloween Horror Nights over at Universal Studios is too scary for you, the iconic studio lot is now offering a special Behind the Horror tour, which gives audiences a sneak peek into some of the best horror films ever made.
The tour, which will run for four nights only this year, will allow guests to experience an exclusive after-hours event, exploring the legacy of some of Warner Bros.’ biggest horror classics and discover how they were brought to life. The event includes a guided tour of their iconic filming locations, featuring original props and costumes, a themed snack and beverage experience on a transformed Brownstone St., and a movie screening at the Stephen J. Ross Theater, featuring introductions by special guests.
The four films being screened include IT on October 24, IT: Chapter Two on October 25, The Conjuring on October 30, and The Conjuring 2 on November 1. The tours begin at 5PM PT, and cost $89 per person.
But if you can’t make it to the horror tour, the lobby of Warner Bros.’ regular tourist experience now features a special display dedicated to some of the company’s most memorable horror films and television shows. Items on display include The Conjuring’s Annabelle doll in her original glass case, the Winchester brothers’ costumes from Supernatural, Georgie’s raincoat and Pennywise’s costume from IT, and numerous items from The Exorcist, including Regan’s crucifix and the Pazuzu statue. The lobby display is free and open to the public, no purchase required.
Also on display on the studio lot is a special exhibit dedicated to Ryan Coogler’s Sinners. Stage 48: Script to Screen now features costumes and props from the runaway hit film, including the costume worn by Miles Caton as Sammie, as well as Michael B. Jordan’s costumes for both his doomed twin bootleggers, Smoke and Stack.
Tickets for Warner Bros.’ Behind the Horror Tour are available now, and SoCal residents can also save $12 on studio tours with the return of their resident discount, available now through December 14. For more information, check out the studio tour’s website.
