Paul Rudd And Jack Black Reboot ANACONDA In Official Trailer For Creature Feature Comedy

Sony Pictures has unveiled a hilariously meta new trailer for Anaconda, the Jack Black and Paul Rudd-starring reboot(ish) of the ‘90s creature feature.
From director Tom Gormican (The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent) and co-writer Kevin Etten, Anaconda follows Doug (Black) and Griff (Rudd), who have been best friends since they were kids, and have always dreamed of remaking their all-time favorite movie: Luis Llosa's 1997 cinematic “classic” Anaconda:
When a midlife crisis pushes them to finally go for it, they head deep into the Amazon to start filming. But things get real when an actual giant anaconda appears, turning their comically chaotic movie set into a deadly situation. The movie they’re dying to make? It might just get them killed……
Also starring alongside the Minecraft: The Movie and Friendship star in the serpentine reboot is Daniella Melchior (The Suicide Squad), Steve Zahn (Diary of a Wimpy Kid) and Thandiwe Newton (Westworld).
Anaconda hits theaters on December 25. Check out the new trailer (which is of course soundtracked by Nicki Minaj's Sir Mix-a-Lot-sampling track of the same name) and poster below:
