The Call Is Coming From Hell In New BLACK PHONE 2 Trailer

Following its World Premiere at Fantastic Fest, Universal has unleashed a new trailer for Scott Derrickson's Black Phone 2, hitting theaters on October 17.
Returning for the sequel to 2021's The Black Phone are stars Ethan Hawke (as the masked child-killer known as the Grabber), Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, Jeremy Davies and Miguel Mora, with new cast additions Demián Bichir (The Nun, A Better Life), Arianna Rivas(A Working Man), Maev Beaty (Beau is Afraid) and Graham Abbey (Under the Banner of Heaven).
Also returning for script duties is C. Robert Cargill (Sinister), with Joe Hill, author of the original short story thatThe Black Phone was based on, executive producing. Cargill and Derrickson also produce, along with Blumhouse's Jason Blum.
In Black Phone 2:
As Finn, now 17, struggles with life after his captivity, the headstrong 15-year-old Gwen begins receiving calls in her dreams from the black phone and seeing disturbing visions of three boys being stalked at a winter camp known as Alpine Lake.
Determined to solve the mystery and end the torment for both her and her brother, Gwen persuades Finn to visit the camp during a winter storm. There, she uncovers a shattering intersection between The Grabber and her own family’s history. Together, she and Finn must confront a killer who has grown more powerful in death and more significant to them than either could imagine.
