Mickey Mouse has gotten the public domain treatment with several horror movies this year, most notably the surprisingly entertaining slasher Screamboat, and now it’s Minnie’s turn.
Minnie Mouse becomes a slasher in Minnie’s Midnight Massacre.

Director Brett Bentman’s film sees Steamboat Willie’s first mate, Minnie, go on a killing spree when seeking revenge against the childhood bullies who tortured her as a teenager.
Hannah Hueston (Stiletto) stars in Minnie’s Midnight Massacre.
Cliff Dean, Indira Starr, and Tiffany McDonald also star.
Bentman previews, “We wanted to bring the black and white sidekick to life. We’d see Willie in all these reimaginings, but what about Minnie? Why not give her some spotlight?”
Producer Derrick Redford adds, “We think audiences will enjoy her story and perhaps want more! She’s a fun character with layers – something a good villain needs.”
Expect the film on VOD platforms at home in Early 2026.
