New SILENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT Clip Puts The Final Girl Center Stage

Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting's Silent Night, Deadly Night slices into U.S. theaters on December 12, with today bringing new key art and a clip that gives us a sneak peek at star Ruby Modine (Happy Death Day) as fearless final girl Pamela in the slasher reboot.

Billed as a reimagining of the cult 1984 film from Charles Sellier Jr., Silent Night, Deadly Night is directed by Wrong Turn's Mike P. Nelson and stars Halloween Ends’ Rohan Campbell as the Santa-suited killer. The official synopsis reads as follows:

When Billy witnesses his parents’ grisly murder on Christmas Eve at the hands of Santa, it ignites a lifelong mission to spread holiday fear. Every Christmas, he dons the jolly red suit and delivers a blood-soaked massacre to feed his twisted sense of justice. This Christmas Eve, Billy wants to know: “Have you been naughty?”

Scott J. Schneid and Dennis Whitehead, executive producers of the original Silent Night, Deadly Night are producing, with Mark Acheson, David Lawrence Brown, and David Tomlinson also starring in the festive frightener.

Sixth Dimension, Studiocanal’s new genre label, has picked up global rights for the slasher as their first acquisition for release in distribute in its own territories in the UK & Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Benelux and Poland, so keep your eyes peeled for local release dates.
