This is the kind of Happy Meal I wish existed when I was a kid.
Artist Blain Hefner has created an incredible The Texas Chain Saw Massacre inspired “BBQ Kid’s Meal,” complete with a custom fast food box featuring Leatherface and the Sawyer house.
Even better, the meal comes with a tiny Leatherface “Nugget Buddy” wielding his chainsaw and a miniature container of Sawyer Family BBQ Dipping Sauce. Sadly, there’s no actual Sawyer family secret sauce inside.
The packaging itself is loaded with wonderfully fucked up activities, including “Pin Pam on the Hook,” “Help Feed Grandpa!” and a cutout craft project for making your own scary bone decoration.
Hefner created the piece for Outpost 512’s “Best Little Arthouse in Texas” gallery show, featuring artwork inspired by Texas-based film and television.
Only 5 sets will be available at the show, which takes place August 28 at 7 PM CST.
I don’t know about you, but suddenly I’m craving BBQ.
