‘Head of the Family 2: Sirens of Seduction’ is finally on the way from Charles Band, with the filmmaker sharing BTS footage of the head!
He’s back!
If you hadn’t heard yet, Full Moon recently announced that we’d finally be getting a sequel to their cult classic, Head of the Family, dubbed Head of the Family 2: Sirens of Seduction! And today, Full Moon head Charles Band took to X to share the below BTS video of the titular head’s creation!
Fans have been clamoring for more Head since the first film debuted thirty years ago. In pure, Full Moon fashion, it featured a mutant head who controls the rest of his deranged family.
It was directed by Full Moon’s founder, Charles Band, creator of the Puppet Master franchise. Band will once again take a seat in the director’s chair for the sequel.
Here’s the official synopsis: “When the grotesque Head returns with a sinister plan to reclaim a normal human body, he unleashes two beautiful women he has cursed into living shrunken heads to seduce the greedy, the wicked, and the desperate into his web of black magic, but when they discover they are destined to become his final sacrifice, they turn their deadly charms against the monster who enslaved them.”
Head of the Family 2 stars Sarah Moliski, Emma Massalone, Rebecca Stoughton, Jordan Allen Bell, and Matthan Harris, with Michael Citriniti returning as the titular “head”, Myron.
Original Head of the Family co-writer Neal Marshall Stevens penned the script.
As Band mentions in the post below, production on Head of the Family 2 is set to begin this week in Los Angeles.
