In celebration of ‘Carrie’s’ 50th anniversary, Frightrags has dropped a fire replica of the hat PJ Soles’ character wears in the film!
When you think of Carrie, directed by Brian De Palma and based on Stephen King’s first novel, you probably don’t think of Norma’s (PJ Soles) hat. But that doesn’t mean that the sporty bully isn’t a great character, or that her hat isn’t a true representation of 1970s style. So, if you’ve ever found yourself wondering what it would be like to look just like Norma, wonder no longer, because clothing company Frightrags has dropped an officially licensed version of her cap…and it’s fire.
Created by Steve Roman Jr., the hats recreate the look with “three removable hard enamel pins, the cloud appliqué on the side and an embroidered rainbow” on the bright red cap.
Each hat also includes an exclusive autograph card signed by P.J. Soles. How cool is that?
The hats run for $60 each and are very limited, with only 100 available. You’ll want to grab yours quicker than you can say “burn it all down, Carrie”.
Norma’s hat is now available as part of Frightrags’ Carrie 50th Anniversary Collection.
