Ti West will soon unleash his take on Charles Dickens’ classic story with ‘Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol’, and we have a fresh set of images.
Ti West (the X trilogy) will soon get into the Christmas spirit with his adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic 1843 novella A Christmas Carol, Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol. Courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, we have a few fresh images of the film’s cast.
Directed by West from a script by Nathaniel Halpern, the “bold new twist” on the Dickens tale follows Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly businessman who is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come, forcing him to confront his life and ultimately change his ways.

Johnny Depp, Rupert Grint, Andrea Riseborough, Sam Claflin, Daisy Ridley, Arthur Conti, Ellie Bamber, Charlie Murphy, Tramell Tillman, and Ian McKellen star.
The images below preview new looks at Depp as the title character, as well as looks at Ian McKellen as Jacob Marley and Tramell Tillman as the Ghost of Christmas Present.

The outlet also notes West’s intent to explore the darker areas of the story, with the director telling EW, “I’ve always thought no one’s really made the movie version where the ghosts are a little bit spooky.”
Emma Watts produced the film, while executive producers included David Reid, Adam Bohling, Stephen Deuters,, West, , , and
