AMC+ has released a new teaser for ‘The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon’, welcoming home a fan-favorite character for final season in 2027.

This morning, AMC+ has shared a teaser for the final season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, one that welcomes home the fan-favorite character.
Jimmy Smits (NYPD Blue, The West Wing) joins series stars Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride as Walking Dead fan favorites “Daryl” and “Carol” in the highly anticipated new season set in Spain.
In the final season, while crossing the ravaged badlands of Spain, “Daryl” (Reedus) and “Carol” (McBride) grasp onto hope – and each other – as uncertainty about their future grows. Smits plays “Captain Alejandro Perkins,” a former U.S. Navy officer and medical doctor who found a unique way to thrive during the apocalypse.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon also stars Romain Levi, Eduardo Noriega, Óscar Jaenada, Candela Saitta and Hugo Arbués.
The teaser shows Dixon waking up in a hospital bed to a “welcome home” message that feels anything but welcoming.
Executive producers are showrunner David Zabel, Scott M. Gimple, Reedus, McBride, Greg Nicotero, Brian Bockrath, Angela Kang, Jason Richman, Dan Percival and Steve Squillante.
Though we don’t have an exact date, look for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon sometime in 2027.
