A new Crystal Lake TV spot welcomes campers with the promise of an amazing summer, then starts telling them what’s off limits.
“You should just assume that everything is off limits.”
Which is probably good advice at Camp Crystal Lake, although we all know how that promise of a safe summer works out thanks to Pamela and Jason Voorhees.
The spot doesn’t reveal much, outside of a glimpse of a dirty bare foot moving through the woods that we’re assuming belongs to Jason. So there you have it. Your new look at Jason Voorhees is his foot. Or at least we think it’s his foot.
From A24 and showrunner Brad Caleb Kane (It: Welcome to Derry), the Friday the 13th prequel stars Linda Cardellini (The Curse of La Llorona) as Pamela Voorhees and follows the disturbing events surrounding the town after her son’s drowning.
As we previously reported, all eight episodes premiere October 15, 2026, on Peacock in the U.S.
