No one is here to save her.

Saban Films has released the trailer for Deadbolt, a home invasion thriller that should have you locking your door immediately.

Here’s the official synopsis: Anne Harrington is weighing a run for Congress when she comes home to find a door cracked open, one she is certain she locked. Within minutes, silence turns to dread, and dread turns to terror, as she realizes she is not alone in her own house. Trapped and hunted through the dark, she must outwit two violent predators who will stop at nothing.

Callie Deering, Adria Dawn, Matt Gorkis, Eric Wolfgang Nelson, and Jaslen Gonzalez star.

Zac Coleman directed from a script by Dylan Noe.

I grew up in a suburban neighborhood where people never cared much about locking their doors. The above trailer is a great reminder of why that’s the most foolish thing ever. It doesn’t matter where you live, people, lock the damn door, or you could end up in this Hush-like scenario.

Lock your doors and check out Deadbolt when it arrives on VOD November 13th via Saban Films.
