‘Until Dawn 2’ Heads to Alamo Drafthouse for Exclusive Gameplay Showcase and Horror Movie Marathon

Until Dawn 2 is coming to Alamo Drafthouse on December 11, 2026, for an event featuring exclusive gameplay, a horror movie marathon, and special talent appearances.

PlayStation announced that the gameplay showcase will also be available via livestream. The movie lineup, guest list, ticket information, and livestream details are still to come.

Developed by Firesprite in collaboration with Dispatch studio AdHoc, Until Dawn 2 launches on PlayStation 5 on January 28, 2027.

The sequel follows Dead True, a crew of fake ghost-hunting YouTubers whose investigation at Blackwood Sanatorium leads to a much bigger nightmare. An encounter with a supernatural survivor sends them to Akishima Island, a remote South Pacific destination where a luxury resort was abandoned decades earlier.

As in the original, your choices determine who survives. The sequel introduces a new cast, while Peter Stormare returns as Dr. Hill.
