‘Halloween: The Game’ Reveals Physical Editions, New Orange Grove Estates Map Ahead of October Launch [Trailer]

Halloween: The Game will receive physical editions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X when it launches on October 6, 2026, Dread learned today.

Developed and published by IllFonic, co-published with Gun Interactive alongside Compass International Pictures and Further Front, the asymmetrical stealth horror game will be available in two physical editions through Nighthawk Interactive, with pre-orders beginning today.

• Standard Edition ($39.99 MSRP) includes the game, an exclusive poster, and early access to the Michael Myers Clown skin plus two civilian cosmetics.
• Limited Collector’s Edition ($149.99 MSRP) includes the game, an exclusive Trick or Treat Studios Shape Jump variant action figure, lenticular artwork, an exclusive poster, early access to the Michael Myers Samhain and Clown skins, four civilian cosmetics, and additional collectibles to be revealed later.

Players can relive the events of John Carpenter‘s Halloween (1978) as either civilians attempting to protect Haddonfield in 1v4 multiplayer or step into the role of Michael Myers in both multiplayer and a single-player story mode.

Alongside the physical edition announcement, IllFonic unveiled Orange Grove Estates, a new multiplayer map inspired by the original film. The affluent Haddonfield neighborhood features multi-story homes, expansive yards, playgrounds, and basketball courts, creating new opportunities for stealth, teamwork, and pursuit.
