In the new image for social media horror movie ‘The Influencer Project’, star Chiara King gets caught in the dark.
Where do you hide when everyone is watching?
Nowhere, apparently, as we can see in the new image shared by Fandango for The Influencer Project, a social media horror movie coming from Hades Films this October.
The official synopsis reads: “Influencer Chiara King travels to Copenhagen with a documentary crew promising an unfiltered look behind the glamorous business of online fame. But as the cameras and her devoted fans follow her every move, someone else is watching too. When an obsessive stalker begins closing in, the documentary mutates into something far more terrifying, blurring the line between content and evidence, follower and predator, fact and fiction.”
Chiara King stars as a fictionalized version of herself, alongside Luca Storm, Mike Nybroe, Jazmine Summer, and Alexandre Willaume.
The image below depicts King caught by someone in the dark, with the mysterious image of what appears to be a worm drawn on a wall behind her. Creepy.
Mike Nybroe directs his feature debut from a script he co-wrote with Lars Ap and Anders Jon Petersen.
Eduardo Sánchez and Gregg Hale, the minds behind the original The Blair Witch Project, produced the film. Additional producers include Alex Hertzberg and Ahmet Zappa of Hades Films. Executive producers are Steven Greenberg, Konstantin Othmer, Gadi Harel, and Adam Burger.
The Influencer Project influences audiences when it arrives in theaters on October 2nd.
