‘System’ – ‘Tron: Ares’ Director to Take on Horror Film for Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Studios
Joachim Rønning, the filmmaker behind ‘Tron: Ares’, will next direct horror pic ‘System’ for Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Studios.
Tron: Ares director Joachim Rønning is entering a whole new System, set to helm the horror picture for Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Studios, reports Deadline.
At this time, there are no plot details. My gut tells me this is another tech-based picture, though.
Fingers crossed that Jared Leto has nothing to do with this one.
Rønning will direct from a script he co-wrote with his brother Andreas Rønning.
Producers include Rønning via his film banner The Saga Company, alongside Spooky Pictures’ Roy Lee and Steven Schneider. Executive producers are Image Nation Studios CEO Ben Ross and Spooky Pictures’ Rami Yasin.
System is currently in production in London.
