‘Freddie the Fix’ – Adaptation of Horror Noir Comic from ‘The Boys’ Creator on the Way from Amazon MGM

Need a horror noir fix? Amazon MGM Studios has you covered with a feature film adaptation of the comic Freddie the Fix, reports Deadline.

The project is based on the comic created by Garth Ennis (The Boys).

Freddie the Fix follows Freddie, a fixer to Hollywood’s supernatural elite, a man with an almost magical gift for making incriminating things disappear.

I haven’t read it, but the character sounds vaguely like F. Paul Wilson’s Repairman Jack. Needless to say, I’m incredibly into the premise.

Lawrence Lamont (One of Them Days) is directing.

Kalen Egan and Travis Sentell will pen the script.

Ninth Circle (the creator-owned horror imprint at Image) launched the series back in December 2024. It is the first Ninth Circle property to head to screen.

Producers are Kimberly Steward and Alex Foster for K Period Media, alongside Kenya Barris for Khalabo Ink Society. Executive producers are Ennis, Jeremy Allen, Lamont, Adam Glass, Michael Bogner and David Stone.

Check out the badass cover of the one-shot. Vampires, werewolves, and a goddamn T-rex? Inject this movie into my veins immediately.
