Inspired by Halloween 5, the map centers on a farming community outside Haddonfield, with an illuminated gas station providing a landmark as civilians run across country roads and through cornfields. Those wide-open spaces should make it easier to figure out where you’re going, but they also leave you exposed. Roadside ditches offer places to hide before making a run for shelter.
Farmhouses, barns, and sheds replace the familiar suburban surroundings, while hay bales, farm equipment, and overgrown brush give Michael more opportunities to ambush people. There’s also a harvest festival, a trailer park, and pumpkin-filled gardens, all beneath the last light of a setting sun.
Running through a pumpkin patch with Michael Myers after you sounds like a pretty appropriate way to spend Halloween.
Two new civilians, Michelle and Eugene, will be sold together, while a separate costume pack gives the civilian roster 14 Halloween outfits and 42 color tints.
