Exclusive: NECA’s New Ghost Face Figure Packs ‘Dead by Daylight’ Looks, a ‘Scary Movie’ Mask, and a VHS Rental!

EXCLUSIVE: Ghost Face is celebrating 30 years with a wardrobe change, a ridiculous number of masks, and a trip to the video store.

Dread Central has the exclusive first look at NECA’s full ULTRAmate Ghost Face reveal, ahead of the figure’s appearance at this weekend’s New York Comic Con. And there’s a lot packed into this one.

The most interesting addition might be the Dead by Daylight gear, including a poncho making its debut in NECA’s Ghost Face line and the game’s red mask. Multiple robes are included, so you’ll have a few different ways to dress him up before deciding which weapon to put in his hand.

Then there’s an all-new Scary Movie mask, bringing a little of the horror spoof’s ridiculous energy to the shelf. NECA says this release includes more masks than any of its previous Ghost Face figures.

But my favorite accessory? The mock Blockbuster-style VHS rental he’s holding. It’s perfect. There’s something very funny about displaying this guy with a knife and a movie rental, like he’s just getting ready for a quiet night at home.

Ghost Face is the second reveal in NECA’s new ULTRAmate line, which expands on its Ultimate figures with premium collector packaging and additional accessories that wouldn’t fit into the standard releases.
