Madeleine McGraw and Xochitl Gomez are set to go up against Jack Champion in the YA hitchhiker horror film ‘Bad Influence’.
Madeleine McGraw (pictured above in The Black Phone 2), Xochitl Gomez (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) and Jack Champion (Scream VI) have been cast in the YA horror film Bad Influence, reports Deadline.
Described as a modern-day Thelma & Louise fueled by female rage, the film “follows Isabelle (McGraw) and Kira (Gomez) on a road trip home for spring break, when they pick up a mysterious hitchhiker (Champion), who is not what he seems.”
Jason Perlman directs from a script by Brandon Cohen.

Producers are Debbie Liebling, Joel David Moore and Zachary Burgess. Executive producers include Steven Silverstein, Cathy Raduns, Raymond Merrill, Carmelo Chimera, Syed Ali Saeed, Denis Schoenhofer, Natalie Kline, and Jarod Einsohn.
McGraw caught the attention of horror fans everywhere with her take-no-shit performance as Gwen in The Black Phone, a role she continued to cement in the minds of audiences with her return for the sequel.
Gomez, meanwhile, played America Chavez in Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. And I’m sure most of you will recognize Champion from his killer performance in Scream VI. You can also find him in the last two Avatar movies.
