Fortnite is giving nothing away when it comes to its upcoming Obsession crossover, but at least we now know when it drops. A new teaser released today announces that the Obsession Pack arrives October 21, just in time to bring Nikki into your Halloween gaming plans.
An apparent leaked image shows a bloody Nikki in her red party dress, but that remains unconfirmed. We still haven’t gotten a proper official look at what’s included in the pack, and today’s tease keeps the mystery going.
As we previously reported, the One Wish Willow appeared at the very end of the Fortnitemares trailer, confirming that Curry Barker’s film would be joining this year’s Halloween festivities. That followed the earlier Spritesession spoof, which traded Bear’s obsession with Nikki for a very different kind of unhealthy attachment.
We’ve been pretty fucking enthusiastic about Obsession here at Dread Central. Josh Korngut gave it 5 out of 5 in his review, calling it “a brutal, expert vision of the next generation of hardcore horror.”
Hopefully we’ll get a better look tomorrow before the pack drops Wednesday. For now, check out the new teaser below.
