Chris Jericho to Star in Werewolf Movie ‘I Am the Teeth’
Chris Jericho is set to star in werewolf movie ‘I Am the Teeth’, compared to films like ‘Silver Bullet’ and ‘The Monster Squad’.

You won’t meet many people who love werewolf movies as much as I do. And I Am the Teeth has a premise that I’m howling over.
Deadline reports that wrestler and actor Chris Jericho (pictured above in Terrifier 2) is set to star in the howler pic from Epic Pictures Group. Jericho will play “a mysterious and ruthless bounty hunter known as ‘The Hunter’.
I Am the Teeth “follows five middle schoolers searching for a lost pet who come face-to-face with a werewolf in their town’s woods. After trapping the beast by accident, they make a shocking discovery: the creature is actually a young woman who disappeared more than a decade earlier. Now pursued by a relentless bounty hunter (Jericho) and confronted by signs of something even more terrifying lurking nearby, the kids must find a way to protect her before the real monsters close in.”
Something even more terrifying nearby? Than a werewolf and a crazed Chris Jericho? I’m intrigued.
Hope Jordan (Devour) and Thomas Parobek (Cobra Kai) also star.
Scott B. Hansen (Bad Candy) directed and penned the script alongside J.R Curtis and Desiree Hansen.
This won’t be the first time Hansen has directed werewolves, either. He also filmed the recently released monster mash, Devour, which includes the creatures.
Said Jericho: “I’ve always been a huge horror fan, and I Am the Teeth has everything I love about the genre — scary monsters, gory kills, a clever storyline and plenty of twists! The Hunter is a character who brings a whole different level of danger and intensity to the film, and I’m having a blast digging deep as an actor in order to bring him to life. It’s such a smart and adventurous film that reminds me of a cross between The Goonies and Silver Bullet, and I think audiences are going to have a lot of fun stepping into our world of The Teeth!”
Say no more, Chris. Stephen King’s is one of my favorite werewolf movies. That comparison alone has me hooked.
