Remedy Entertainment is turning up the volume on CONTROL Resonant with a new launch trailer set to The Cardigans’ “My Favourite Game.”
The sequel to CONTROL arrives digitally September 24 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with GeForce NOW support at launch. Physical editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S follow October 15, while a Mac release is planned for later this year.
This time, players step into the role of Dylan Faden, wielding paranatural powers and mastering the different forms of the Aberrant to battle overwhelming enemies and towering bosses. The launch trailer offers another taste of the surreal encounters and reality-bending chaos waiting on the other side.

Pre-orders are available now, with the Standard Edition priced at $59.99 and the Digital Deluxe Edition at $69.99. The latter includes Dylan’s AWE Mission Outfit, an exclusive Untapped Artifact (Wallet), a starter resource bundle, a digital artbook, and the original soundtrack. The PS5 Digital Deluxe Edition also includes 48-hour early access.
Pre-order bonuses include the Pickpocket’s Tool Artifact and Hiss Corruption Outfit for Dylan, with an additional Occult Outfit exclusive to PlayStation.
For physical collectors, the $69.99 SteelBook Edition packages the game with a SteelBook case, three fine art prints, and a key art poster.
Remedy is publishing CONTROL Resonant, with Annapurna Pictures co-financing and co-producing the game.
