Think you could survive Camp Crystal Lake? If you’re attending NYCC, you can soon find out with Peacock’s Camp Crystal Lake experience!
The Friday the 13th prequel series, Crystal Lake, will soon slash onto Peacock. To celebrate, the streamer has announced a Camp Crystal Lake experience taking place at New York Comic Con! And it looks like a bloody blast.
From October 8th-11th, fans at NYCC will be transported back to the 1970s at the seemingly idyllic Camp Crystal Lake—but will they survive their camp counsellor orientation?
The interactive experience is free for all New York Comic Con attendees and will deliver in-world thrills, Camp Crystal Lake photo moments, and branded giveaways.
The experience will be located at the Javits Center, Booth 1359. It will be available from 10am-7pm on the 8th-10th, and 10am-5pm on October 11th.
If you’re attending NYCC, please go check this out so I can live vicariously through you. I’m so very jealous.
From A24 and showrunner Brad Caleb Kane (It: Welcome to Derry), the Friday the 13th prequel stars Linda Cardellini (The Curse of La Llorona) as Pamela Voorhees and follows the disturbing events surrounding the town after her son’s drowning.
All eight episodes premiere October 15, 2026, on Peacock in the U.S.
