The Asylum to Resurrect ‘Z Nation’ Zombie Series With a Sequel
The Asylum has announced that they’re resurrecting their hit zombie series, ‘Z Nation’, for a sequel season featuring new and old survivors.
They’re back from the dead, and they’re hungry.
The Asylum has announced they’re resurrecting their popular zombie series Z Nation with the sequel, Z Nation: Ressurrection, reports THR.
Ressurection will be set in the same zombie-infested world as Z Nation and take place years after the events of the original series. In the new series, a fresh undead threat threatens to wipe out the world’s remaining human population.

Fan favorites from the original show such as Warren (Kellita Smith), Murphy (Keith Allan), Doc (Russell Hodgkinson) and Citizen Z (DJ Qualls) are in talks to join the new series in supporting roles, along with a new batch of survivors (aka, zombie fodder).

The fans have kept this world alive, and for years we’ve heard the same question: ‘When are you bringing it back?’ Z Nation: Resurrection gives us the opportunity to return to the characters and universe audiences love while taking the story somewhere bigger, darker, and even more unpredictable.”
