New ‘Werwulf’ Image Features Willem Dafoe Looking as Intense as Ever
We have a fresh new look at Robert Eggers’ ‘Werwulf’, featuring Willem Dafoe looking as intense as ever in the upcoming werewolf pic.
Is it December yet? Because I’ve been foaming at the mouth for Robert Eggers‘ werewolf movie, Werwulf.
Courtesy of Fandango, we have a fresh new image from the film. It features stars Willem Dafoe (Nosferatu) and newcomer Hannah Harpin, with Dafoe demonstrating his usual intensity.
As we previously reported, the medieval horror film follows a man cursed to become a werewolf as he searches for salvation through love. Eggers co-wrote the screenplay with Sjón, his collaborator on The Northman.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson (28 Years Later), Lily-Rose Depp (Nosferatu), Ralph Ineson (The Witch), and Bodhi Rae Breathnach (Hamnet) also star.
Tickets for select 35mm screenings are already on sale for the Christmas release.
Get ready to howl when Werwulf roars into theaters on December 25th via Focus Features. I know I will be.
